1. When purchasing art from me please note you are NOT purchasing the rights to the art, you are purchasing my time to draw it, and/or any print(s) you order from me. You are not permitted to duplicate prints for personal or commercial use, re-prints and duplicates can be purchased through me very cheaply.

2. Inez's Art does not issue refunds. Once a deposit or payment has been made it is non-refundable. In the event that your life has changed so dramatically your art is no longer wanted, please reach out to me to see what arrangements can be made for your case.

3. I reserve the right to use commissioned art for advertising and promotional purposes. I reserve the right to sell prints of all my artwork.

4. Please do not publish, share, or otherwise distribute Inez's Art without express written permission from the artist.

Failure to follow and/or comprehend these terms can result in the artist choosing to no longer do business with you, or legal action if you have infringed on my copyrights. ​
